It took me a while to get into it, but once I did I remembered how much I like his writing! Very fun and realised characters, with great dialogue and debates! I enjoyed Forgive Us Our Trespasses overall, though I think he forces the “epiphany” too much sometimes in service of his message at the end. I recall Magnificent Obsession being a bit more subtle, but maybe you’ll have to refresh my memory on that once you’ve gotten to reading it and posting a review!
